Prospect aims to exceed client expectation. In order to understand where our clients' believe Prospect can improve (and where it is excelling), we make use of the FPAL (First Point Assessment Ltd) supplier feedback performance system to collect important project performance data.
Feedback data collected from completed jobs is analysed with a view to identifying areas of potential improvement, setting targets and putting processes in place to achieve them.
