Computer aided design (CAD)
What is computer aided design, or CAD, and why should we use it?
Prospect use 2D (2-dimensional) and 3D (3-dimensional) CAD, as a means of presenting design data to clients, engineers and fabricators, producing clear and accurate representations of assemblies and mechanism designs and understand space constraints.
Whilst maintaining a strong 2D capability, Prospect always seeks to develop solutions in 3D, providing the client with a very accurate representation of the design.
There are three reasons why the engineering community use Prospect's CAD services.
- To improve the quality of solution: I need to see the design before we commit to build
- To increase the accuracy and realism of a design: I need to know how my equipment will interact
- To present designs to 2nd tier clients: I need to sell the design to an operator or investor
Prospect’s CAD service will:-
- Shorten the design cycle
- Remove design errors
- Increase the quality of solutions
All of which saves your business time and money.
